No. The Shorts Maker and the episode board do the editing for you: script, voiceover, captions, music and stitching. You can still tweak every scene and line if you want to.

Yes. Upload drawings, photos, mascots or products you own, or describe new ones. Using real people without their consent isn't allowed.
Novarra works in any modern browser on desktop and phone. On your phone, use Add to Home Screen to install it like an app.
Each generation shows its credit cost before you start. Writing episodes and enhancing prompts are free, and failed renders are refunded.
They roll over month to month while you're subscribed. If your plan ends, leftover credits stay but only work on the draft models.
The credits go straight back to your balance automatically. Some prompts are also blocked by the model's safety filter; those are refunded too.
Yes, from Plans & credits. You won't be charged again and your plan stays active until the end of the month or year you paid for. There are no partial refunds.
You pay for 10 months and get 12. Your credits still arrive every month, the same amount as the monthly plan, and you can upgrade any time; you only pay the difference.
Free trial and Starter videos and images carry a small Novarra mark when you download, post or share them. Creator and up have no watermark, and upgrading removes it from everything you've already made too.
Yes. Share your invite link from Invite friends in the account menu. When a friend starts any paid plan, you each get 500 bonus credits.
You do. You can use what you create for personal and commercial projects, as long as it doesn't break our content policy or someone else's rights. See the Terms for details.
Yes. You own what you make and can use it commercially: ads, product pages, social posts and client work, as long as it follows our content policy and you have the rights to any logos or photos you upload.
Yes. Everything starts private in your library. Nothing appears on Explore unless you choose Share to Explore, and you can take it down any time.
In your private library. Only you can open them, and anything you delete is removed from storage. Each plan includes library space, from 10 GB to 500 GB.
Videos as MP4 (up to 1080p, or 4K with upscaling) and images as PNG. Episodes can be exported as one MP4.
At the bottom of Plans & credits. It cancels your plan and erases your library, characters and sign-in for good.
A tool that turns an idea, a link or your own script into a finished short with scenes, voiceover, captions and music. Writing and editing the script is free; you pay credits when you render.
A scheduled show. Pick a topic, the days and a time, and it makes a new short on each of those days. It's included with Creator, Pro and Studio, and each episode uses normal Shorts Maker credits.
Connect Claude or ChatGPT to your Novarra account from Connections. Then you can brainstorm, write scripts and start renders by chatting; renders use your credits like they do in the app.
